Vikki Anderson – Artistic Director
Vikki AndersonA theatre director, designer and producer, Vikki is the founder of DVxT Theatre Company. Vikki's work for DVxT includes the multi award-winning production of Ibsen's The Doll House adapted by John Murrell, the acclaimed Soulpepper production of Happy Days starring Martha Burns and most recently, a site-specific production of The Turn of the Screw at the Campbell House Museum. DVxT has received 19 Dora Nominations and 12 Dora Awards for their work thus far.

Recent directing credits include: The Misanthrope (Stratford Shakespeare Festival, Associate), The Mill Part 4 : Ash (Theatrefront/Young Centre), Romeo & Juliet (Canadian Stage); The Last Five Years (The Grand Theatre); Creon (Theatreworks).

Vikki has collaborated with many other theatre artists and companies, including: Buddies in Bad Times, Crow's Theatre, Factory Theatre, Great Canadian Theatre Company, The National Arts Centre, Nightwood Theatre, Smith-Gilmour, Soulpepper, Stratford Shakespeare Festival, Tarragon Theatre, Theatre Calgary and Theatre Direct.

Rupal Shah - Artistic Producer
Rupal Shah Rupal was appointed DVxT Theatre's producer in August 2010 following two years as the company's Associate Producer. She brings not only an in-depth knowledge of DVxT to her new position, but experience from Toronto's independent performing arts community.

Along with Naomi Campbell, Rupal co-produced DVxT's multi-Dora Award-winning production The Turn of the Screw. She is the Training & Apprenticeship Coordinator at Obsidian Theatre, and the Community Outreach Coordinator at Pleiades Theatre.

As a freelance administrator, Rupal has worked with Theatre Ji, Aluna Theatre and Nightwood Theatre. She has worked in community outreach for the Janek Khendry Dance Company and inDANCE. Rupal was the Associate Producer at the Classical Theatre Project and the Toronto Youth Theatre, as well as a freelance stage manager, production manager and tour manager.

Bonnie Beecher – Lighting Designer
Bonnie Beecher Bonnie has designed over 150 productions for theatre, opera and dance in Canada and internationally. She has ongoing creative relationships with many Canadian companies including the Stratford Festival, the Shaw Festival, the National Ballet of Canada, Tarragon Theatre, Soulpepper Theatre Company, the Canadian Opera Company, Dancemakers, the Citadel, Tapestry New Opera Works, Volcano, Canadian Stage and Obsidian. Bonnie's international designs include La Traviata for the New Zealand Opera, Time and Other Matters for Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle, and several new productions for the Mannheim Ballet in Germany. Bonnie has received 11 Dora Award nominations and has won the award twice, for Frida K. in 1995 and for Two Words for Snow in 2003.

Jane Gooderham – Voice and Movement Coach
Jane GooderhamJane is currently a Voice, Text and Dialect Coach for The Stratford Shakespeare Festival and Voice and Movement teacher on the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre at the Stratford Festival (6 seasons). Recent credits include: Voice and Text Coach on Oroonoko (Theatre for a New Audience, Duke Theatre, New York), Voice & Dialect Coach on The Lord of the Rings (Wallace/Mirvish), Homechild and The Syringa Tree (CanStage), St. Christopher (DVxT); Voice Coach on The Doll House (DVxT), Happy Days (DVxT/Soulpepper); Dialect Coach on The Producers and Mamma Mia (Mirvish Productions). Additional teaching includes Triple Sensation (CBC), Soulpepper Theatre Company, University of Illinois, The Grand Theatre, Fanshawe College, Centre Indigenous Theatre and the Centre for the Arts (Toronto). Trained as an actor at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Jane holds an MA Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech and Drama (London, England).

John Gzowski – Sound Designer
John GzowskiFor dance, John has composed for Dancemakers, Kaeja D’dance, Kate Alton, Michael Sean Marye and Julia Aplin, using instruments, electronics, bicycle bells, homemade instruments, found sounds, multi speaker systems and anything else he can get his hands on. He has performed Romany Gypsy music with the Altin Yildiz Orkestar, South African pop with Siyakha, Greek and Arabic music with Maza Meze, and North Indian flavoured jazz with Tasa. Previously for DVxT: Coyote Ugly (Dora Award for Sound), The Doll House (Dora Award for Sound) Happy Days and St. Christopher.

Shawn Kerwin – Costume Designer
Shawn KerwinShawn has designed sets and costumes in Canada, the United States and England. Her design work includes productions for the National Arts Centre, the Stratford Festival, Soulpepper, Theatre New Brunswick, the Atlantic Theatre Festival, Neptune Theatre, the Blyth Festival, Theatre Calgary, Citadel Theatre, Mirvish Productions, Factory Theatre, Tarragon Theatre, Theatre Passe Muraille, Young Peoples Theatre and Canadian Stage. Previously for DVxT: The Doll House (Dora Award) and St. Christopher (Dora Nomination).
